Here are some tips and recommendations for wedding couples:
- Leave enough time for the dance classes! Couples often come to the studio only about a week or two before their wedding day, and expect that at the last minute they can create a spectacular wedding dance. It should be taken into account that each couple has its own different goals and learning pace. Give yourself time to enjoy the private lessons experience, fulfill your goals and feel confident in the big day.
- Choose your music wisely! There are more ‘danceable’ songs and there are less. Bring your favorite songs to your personal counseling session and we will help you choose the song and dance style that best suits you. If you don’t have an idea for a song, we would be happy to provide you with a list of recommended songs.
- Girls – Know Your Dress Limits!
When you go for a measurement, try dancing a bit in the dress. Can you raise your hands up? Do you step on the dress hem when you move backwards? Is the skirt so wide that you can’t move at all? It is important to know your dress and update us so that we can build the most appropriate choreography for you. - Fit your shoes!
In order to avoid surprises on the dance floor, it is advisable to practice and get used to your wedding shoes. Girls – Practice the dance in heels with the same height as your wedding shoes!
